Hanging weight processing fee. $ .50 per lb
Slaughter Fee $25. (<300 lb) $30.00 (>300 lb)
Cured or Smoked meats (Add)$ .70 per lb
We specialize in custom processing your pork to your specifications. You can get your pork chops cut from 3/8 inch thick to 2 inches or thicker, it's up to you. You can also get boneless loin roasts, or butterfly chops.
You can get a mild breakfast or spicy sausage, or just fresh ground pork.
We can cure and smoke your bacons, hams, hocks and jowls in our own smokehouse.
You can have your hog split in half and cut two different ways at no additional charge.
If you don't raise your own hogs or know a farmer, that's not a problem. We can help you find a local, reputable farmer. Call for market prices on pork as it changes weekly. We don't mark it up to cover market fluctuations.
