Cheese or Jalepeno $ 12.00 per stick

We specialize in custom processing your beef to your specifications. From steak thickness to roast size, your meat will be processed as you want it. Beef summer sausage made in our smokehouse if desired.
You can split a beef and get each split cut differently. Farmers, you don't have to coordinate with your customers to get them to cut their beef the same way.
If you don't raise your own beef or know a farmer, that's not a problem. We can help you find a local, reputable farmer. (The price for beef, to be paid to the farmer, will be based on the average local market price on the slaughter day.)
